Compliance · Peace of Mind · Expert Preventative Care
They have taken excellent care of my aerobic system for the past ten years. Their service is second to none.
Brighteyes has been servicing our septic system for years. They're always professional, thorough, and reliable.
A septic maintenance contract isn't just paperwork — it's a partnership. When you sign on with BrightGuard, you're handing the responsibility of your system's health to the crew with 125+ years of combined experience serving Liberty-Dayton and surrounding communities.
Beyond the obvious peace of mind, a BrightGuard contract delivers measurable value across compliance, preventative care, system history, and your family's safety.
In Texas, aerobic systems must be inspected and maintained on a regular schedule to meet TCEQ regulations. A BrightGuard contract keeps you compliant automatically — no missed dates, no paperwork headaches, no risk of fines or violations.
Septic failures don't happen overnight — they brew slowly. Our crew knows what to watch for: early signs of aerator trouble, effluent quality shifts, drain field warning signals. Catching them early saves thousands in emergency repairs.
Every visit, we log what we see: sludge depth, aerator performance, maintenance actions taken. Over time, this history reveals your system's personality — its quirks, its seasonal patterns, what it needs to run optimally. That knowledge compounds.
A neglected septic system isn't just a nuisance — it's a health hazard. Proper maintenance protects your family, your neighbors, and the groundwater we all share. That responsibility is something we take seriously.

If you have an aerobic system, Texas law requires regular maintenance and TCEQ reporting. A contract ensures you stay compliant without having to track schedules yourself. Even for conventional systems, regular maintenance prevents costly failures and extends system life.
Repairs aren't included in the base monthly fee — they're billed separately at our standard rates. However, BrightGuard Pro members get priority scheduling and 10% off all repair work and parts.
Yes. We require 30 days' written notice to cancel. No long-term commitments, no penalties. We're confident in the value we deliver — you'll want to stay.
Both plans include quarterly visits (every three months). That's the minimum required by TCEQ for aerobic systems, and it's the right cadence for spotting issues before they become emergencies.
Each visit includes visual inspection of all system components, aerator performance checks, filter cleaning and replacement (if needed), effluent sampling, and complete documentation for TCEQ compliance. We also advise on any issues we spot and provide cost estimates for recommended repairs.
BrightGuard Pro includes one annual pumping. BrightGuard Core does not, but pumping can be added as needed at member rates. Most residential systems need pumping every 3–5 years depending on household size and usage.
Not all septic companies are the same. Here's what separates Brighteyes from the rest — and what you should look for when you're making this decision.
Between our crew, we've got 125+ years of combined field experience. That's not marketing fluff — it's the difference between someone who knows what a healthy aerobic system sounds like versus someone reading a manual for the first time. Ask your provider how long their lead techs have been in the field. If they can't answer, that tells you something.
Some companies lowball the monthly fee and then hit you with "routine" add-ons every visit. We don't play that game. The price you see is the price you pay. If something extra is needed (like a repair or a pumping outside your plan), we'll tell you what it costs before we do the work.
A maintenance contract should make your life easier, not add stress. When you call Brighteyes, you reach someone who knows your system. We return calls the same day. If you have an emergency, BrightGuard Pro members get priority scheduling — often same-day service if we can swing it.
We're not a franchise. We're not answering to a call center three states away. Brighteyes is a locally owned septic specialist serving Liberty-Dayton, Crosby, Huffman, Baytown, and the surrounding communities. Our reputation is built one system at a time, one customer at a time. That accountability matters.
We don't have to tell you we're good — our customers already did. Read the reviews. Look for patterns: reliability, professionalism, knowledge, and a crew that treats your property with respect. That's what you're signing up for with BrightGuard.
Call us today at (936) 258-3080 or request service online. We'll get you enrolled, schedule your first visit, and take the guesswork out of septic system maintenance.
"We can't wait to serve you. Brighteyes is the region's best septic pumping company because we treat every system like it's our own — with care, expertise, and the kind of attention to detail that only comes from 125+ years of combined experience in the field."
